- FONTS DISKS
- -----------
-
- Before using these fonts you will first have to transfer the directories
- and files included in the fonts directory to the root directory of a newly
- formatted disk titled Fonts.
-
- The volume Fonts will then contain fonts which are immediately ready to be
- used. All you have to do is load the program which you wish to use the
- fonts with (such as DPAINT II), and insert this disk in drive df1:.
-
- When you select the LOAD FONTS command in the program you are
- running, it will automatically load the fonts from this disk. (This is
- due to the fact that Amiga's operating system looks for a disk named
- "FONTS:" in drive df1: before defaulting to the WorkBench fonts.)
-
- So be sure NOT to rename this disk! (If you do, you can still use the
- fonts by going to CLI and typing ASSIGN FONTS: {new diskname}
-
-
- (Single drive owners must use the assign command to use this disk.)
-
- Double-click on FONTS.PIC to see an example of the fonts available on
- this disk.
